Are there ongoing costs?

What do I own?
For websites, you own the website files and hosting account. The Inbound receptionist package includes the files that run it and an operating guide. The files and access included with your project are listed in the written scope.
Can you build phone or SMS follow-up?
Yes, for people who have given permission. The scope includes do-not-call checks, calling-hours controls and a one-step opt-out. We don’t build cold-calling or unsolicited automated outreach.
Will an advertising campaign go live automatically?
